Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Genuine Testers app and website at genuine-testers.iniziova.com (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Iniziova Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Birgunj, Nepal ("we", "us"). Contact: support@iniziova.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a Google account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

How the Service works

• Developers list Android apps that are in a Google Play closed test and swap testing with other developers.
• All testers join the shared Google Group genuine-tester with the Gmail on their profile. App owners add that group (genuine-tester@googlegroups.com) as the tester list of their closed track instead of creating their own group.
• Testers opt in with the app's testing link, keep the app installed and upload one genuine screenshot of the app in use each day.
• Owners review proofs; proofs not reviewed within 48 hours are approved automatically.

Your obligations

You agree not to:

• upload fake, reused, edited or someone else's screenshots, or use emulators or automation to fake testing;
• list apps that are malicious, illegal, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to distribute;
• harass other users, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual or that sexualises minors (see our child safety standards);
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of the Service.

We may warn, suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms. You can appeal warnings from Profile → Warnings in the app.

No guarantee of production access

Genuine Testers is not affiliated with Google. Google decides whether your app gets production access, and its rules can change at any time. We do not guarantee any number of testers, test completion or production access.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (listings, screenshots, feedback). You give us a licence to store, process and show it to other users as needed to run the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Ads

The free app shows ads served by Google AdMob.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you break these terms or if required by law.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for the actions of other users, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nepal.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
