This policy explains what the Genuine Testers app and website collect, why, and how to delete it.
Who we are
Genuine Testers is operated by Iniziova Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Birgunj, Nepal. Contact: support@iniziova.com.
What we collect

Who can see what
- Other users see your display name, picture, reputation and reliability score.
- An app owner sees the Gmail address and proof screenshots only for testers of their own app.
- Moderators can see all data to handle reports, appeals and support.
- We use Railway (hosting, database, file storage), Google Firebase (push, analytics, crash reports), Google AdMob (ads) and Vercel (website hosting) as processors. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the account deletion page. Your apps are removed and your profile hidden immediately; all data, including screenshots, is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing back in within 30 days cancels the deletion.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Screenshots are stored privately and served through short-lived links.
Children
Genuine Testers is for developers aged 18 and over. See our child safety standards.
